Founders Friday 017: Summer Bunnies; The People, Places & Problems That Shaped Our Summer Experience

30 Sep 2022

Description

After an eventful summer spent traveling and working in different parts of the world, the Founders are back in the boardroom and still reeling from the incredible impact the year had on their lives. In this episode, they recount the unique networks they made, spaces they stepped into and challenges they met and overcame (or didn't). Sean speaks about his work in consulting, leading a training program in South Africa and sharing the same roof as grammy-award-winning DJ, Black Coffee at one of the clubs. Yuri speaks of his time DJeeing at venues in Nairobi and Oakland, California while at his internship in Silicon Valley and explains the reason behind his re-brand as an artist. Omina shares insights from his time learning from the rich creative community in Nairobi, working with brands such as Radio 254 and Sol Generation- as well as inspirations from a month spent at Stanford University. They also give a little tease of what to expect from the podcast as we approach our one-year anniversary in two months' time. Tune in!
