Eating Disorder Recovery Talk with Joanna

In this week’s episode we have a eating disorder recovery talk with Joanna. Joanna is a 29 year old physiotherapist who suffered from an eating disorder as a teen. She had first started showing symptoms of an eating disorder when she was at the age of 15 where she began to develop body image concerns growing up with her love for dance where she began to feel anxious about her peers who were starting to lose weight for the sport. Listen to hear Joanna’s journey and vulnerability sharing her story in hopes to supporting and providing hope for others struggling with an eating disorder or individuals trying to support a loved one.
