Be an Eleven. Always.

24 Jul 2022

Description

In a world full of tens, be an eleven. — t-shirt sayingSo many of us settle for a five or six when we shouldn’t be settling for anything less than an eleven—or even a twelve! If a t-shirt can figure this out, so can you!My wife says I only have two faults: I don't listen and something else. — t-shirt sayingHa, my wife can list at least ten faults for me, and only one of them is that I don’t listen! But it is true that I often forget the other nine faults. Alas.Touch my coffee and I’ll slap you so hard even Google won’t be able to find you. — t-shirt sayingFor many people, Google not finding them would be a blessing. But, for those of us in the public sphere, especially those of us with something to sell, Google’s gotta find us or no one else will! At least 50% of the people who make it to your website and book sales page probably got there via one of the search engines.Or via a ton of costly ads.So, most of us spend time on search engine optimization (SEO) so Google, Bing, and Duck Duck Go can find us.It’s worth spending that time. Do it today!Be sure to check one of my previous podcast episodes on search results: Jason Barnard: The Brand SERP Guy: How to optimize your brand SERP and your brand knowledge panel.Book Marketing Success is a reader-supported publication.
