Chapter 1: What led to the Seahawks and Patriots advancing to the Super Bowl?
You had the Seahawks and the Patriots moving on to the Super Bowl. Here's how we got there. Seattle and Los Angeles from the Pacific Northwest. Here was Kevin Harlan. This was the Cooper Cup touchdown to put the Seahawks up 11.
Shotgun snap. Four-man rush. Crumbling pocket throws. Caught five. Diving in. Touchdown, Cup. Touchdown, Seattle. Sam Darnold has just thrown his third touchdown pass tonight. 13 yards to the former Ram.
And that was Kevin Harlan. Great point. Yes, Sam Darnold's third touchdown pass indeed. 346 yards passing. On the day, Seattle wins 31-27. Now down four, the Rams did have the ball, had a monster drive that got all the way down to the six-yard line. But on third down, incomplete. So then on fourth down, this is how it sounded in Seattle with Seahawks Radio.
Fourth down and four for the Rams. Williams in the backfield.
Chapter 2: How did Sam Darnold perform in the recent game?
Adams to the left. Hukunukuwa slots on the right side. Stafford. Shotgun snap. Pump fake. Has time. Looks. Fires to the end zone.
Almost intercepted by Witherspoon. He jumps in front of the intended receiver. And it was incomplete. Turned him over on downs, and 31-27 would be the final score as Seattle wins the NFC Championship game in their own building. We mentioned Darnold's numbers, Jackson, Smith, and Jigba. Ten catches, 153, and a touchdown.
Not only did Cooper Cupps score, he had Jake Bobo come up with a touchdown catch in this game as well, and Kenneth Walker ran for a score. Here was on Fox after the game. This was Darnold reacting to the win.
What does the moment mean? You're going to the Super Bowl. It's amazing to be able to do it with these guys in this locker room, with this coaching staff. That's why it means the world to me.
Yep, amazing, no doubt. And amazing for a veteran, a guy like Demarcus Lawrence, so many years in Dallas, now in Seattle. He was on CBS postgame.
I can see the emotion all over you. You're going to the Super Bowl. Just describe the feeling. I am. I'm truly blessed. Thankful to be a part of this great organization, this great team that we put together, man. The worst can't even explain this moment.
I always love when they say man to a beautiful woman right there. Man.
Right next to them. You got Julian Love and Leonard Williams going to the Super Bowl along with Sam Donald. Former New York players. That's right.
Well, Williams played for both teams. That's right. Here was Smith and Jigba on Fox. He was the LFG Brady player of the game.

Chapter 3: What does Sam Darnold say about his Super Bowl experience?
We'll start first with the big interception by Jarrett Stidham in the fourth quarter.
for the 10-7 lead yeah i'm going to this i like the chuck and duck for this which was funny um so here is where they are faced with these i think this was third down where they need to get the first down yardage to basically seal it out of the eye fake by may he's gonna run it to the left he's being chased tries to get outside he does he's got the first down running to the far side
Yep, and had the first down, able to knee it out after that. And also, this is where Zolak decides, all right, the game's at hand. Now we're going to start to troll you.
Hey, America, we're back. The worst nightmare has returned. When you thought the team was down, the organization is down. Mike Brable and his staff and your 23-year-old quarterback, who should be the MVP, are going to Super Bowl 60.
Got to get a lot of that for the next couple of weeks.
Yeah, you know, I was thinking, though, this has the potential to have, like, the least amount of buzz going into a Super Bowl in a very long time. I would agree. Especially, like, the venue, too, stinks. It's not an exciting place. It's not like it's Vegas or anywhere. It's Santa Clara again. I mean, we were out there. I was with the network. You guys were out there.
Doing wonderful shows at night. Recording shows. Well, yeah. I mean, we had Super Bowl 50. That was Carolina and Denver. That was Peyton Manning and Cam Newton. Yeah, which had some juice. And it's the Super Bowl 60 ten years later. Can you believe that? It's ten years later.
Yeah, and Drake May was 13 years old back then.
Yes, as a child rooting for the Carolina Panthers who set up in the upper decks to watch his team play in the Super Bowl. Oh, it's amazing, isn't it? What a wonderful story.

Chapter 4: What are Sean McVay's thoughts on Matthew Stafford's future?
The Clippers beat the Nets 126-89, another essential no-show for Brooklyn. They were terrible. Kawhi Leonard had 28. College basketball, big weekend for Rick Pitino and St. John's. They got a victory, and Al was very excited about this story this morning, so much so that we decided to cover it. I was surprised we were going to talk college basketball, and Al did it the only way Al can.
Rick Pitino gets his 900th win. Yeah. And he did it by beating his son. Yeah, Xavier, yeah. I was just thinking back to when... In overtime, I believe. When Rick had a baby named... Xavier, is this college or his son's name?
I promise you that was not a bit. Well, what I heard first was Rick Pitino was beating his son. That's what I heard in the newsroom. I was like, what? God, I hope not. He's terrible.
Well, he did beat his son's team over the weekend. He did get career win number 900. Xavier Pitino. Xavier Pitino.
What an amazing young kid. Yeah, that was very funny.
The Guardians tack on four years to Jose Ramirez's current contract. Keeps him with Cleveland through 2032. The Kraken beat the Devils 4-2. New Jersey got out to a 1-0 lead that disappeared quickly.
Riker Evans tipped. They score. Leaks through. Ryan Winterton was out in front on a good play by Riker Evans to throw it at
And then it would go in, Kraken TV with the call. 4-2 would be the final. It was Berkeley Catton's second period goal that turned out to be the difference, gave them a 3-1 lead, and they go on to the 4-2 win. Hamilton and Jack Hughes score in the loss for New Jersey. You've got the Rangers and the Bruins tonight, the Islanders in Philadelphia, and a couple here from the golf.
We talked about Scotty Scheffler last hour. He won the American Express in La Quinta, so he was on Golf Channel afterwards. And they mentioned the fact that He's not even 30 yet, or he is just 30, whatever it is. He's now got 20 career wins, four majors.

Chapter 5: What was the impact of Jarrett Stidham's interception on the Patriots?
Only Jack and Tiger Woods have done that. He's now the third. Pretty cool company.
It's been a great start to my career, and I've had some nice wins out here. Yeah, it's been special. I try not to really think about that stuff too much. Going into the season, I was just trying to do the things I needed to do in order to be prepared to come out and play this week. I'm going to go home, get some rest, and kind of rinse and repeat, get ready to go out.
My next tour will be in Phoenix. Just go from there.
Rinse and repeat probably win again. Now, Blades Brown, we talked about him as well. He's the 18-year-old that was in the final grouping with him. Didn't play great yesterday. Shot 74, but up until yesterday was playing fabulous golf. And he says, what an experience.
much to take away from this week. I mean, getting to play with Scottie Scheffler in a final group at 18 years old is, I had to pinch myself a couple of times just to make sure I was, you know, this was real.
Well, it was real. He just didn't do so great on Sunday. Scheffler, by the way, won with a mark of minus 27, four better than I think it was four other golfers.
Of course, he was playing tough, I guess, right? That plays tough.
27 under. Never plays tough. These guys pick this place apart. No, of course, I know. So there you have it.
