that it happened against the Knicks in that series, and then he got the surgery right away, right? Yeah, it was the next morning. He got the surgery right here in New York City, and there was no speed bridge involved. Remember the whole thing with Aaron Rodgers and Dr. Eletroge? We're going to do the speed bridge. We're going to try to get him back on the field.
I think he was practicing towards the end of the season, but he was never going to be able to play. This was done the normal way, and it was done quickly at HSS. And he has worked diligently, I'm assuming through rehab and everything else. So he's played in two games. He's averaging 27 minutes a game and 17 points already. Yep. Just like that. Well, we know how talented he is.
You knew it wasn't going to be a Deshaun Watson situation where he's going to re-tear his Achilles because he wasn't taking things seriously. He was going to come back, and he came back earlier than a lot of people expected. Of course, that's going to be an issue for the Knicks, but it's never easy getting out of the Eastern Conference.
It's never easy winning a championship, and it becomes a little bit harder if Jason Tatum is Jason Tatum in the postseason.

But, you know, this is what Mike Brown wants up and down, up and down. Hit your threes, you're going to score 140 points like you did against Denver. So I can't get on him too much.
I mean, yesterday was just one of those days where nobody was hitting anything, and Mikael Bridges had zero points. Yep. That's right. Can't survive if you're the New York Knicks if one of those guys is core guys and Mikael Bridges can't score. When they win, they're obviously well-balanced. They all are in the upper teens. Some of them are in the 20s.
