Chapter 1: Why did Mike McDaniel choose not to coach in Philadelphia?
So Mike McDaniel goes to the Chargers as offensive coordinator, but we knew he had other opportunities. Here is Chad Ochocinco. I don't know what podcast he's on. Ryan Clark is part of this, but I saw NFL Films put this out. This was Ocho talking about McDaniel not wanting Philadelphia because of the quarterback, which I thought was interesting, and Jalen Hurts.
He had the opportunity, if I'm not mistaken, to go to Philly. He didn't want to do that, obviously, because the quarterback play is too inconsistent in based on some of the things that Mike McDaniels likes to do. He just doesn't do it. I understand that.
You know what I got to say? That is one of the most salient things I've ever heard him say. He's exactly right.
Chapter 2: What insights does Chad Ochocinco provide about Jalen Hurts?
But he still won a Super Bowl and was in another. You know how many franchises don't even get there? Just goes to show you how good that roster was. But I like Jalen Hurts. I have nothing against him. I just, for whatever reason... Losing Kellen Moore was a big thing. It was a big thing for him because he did not with Petullo.
They never really connected, I guess, and they're trying to find the right guy to help connect back with Jalen Hurts and get the best out of him. Why isn't Frank there? Yeah, that's a good question. His name was surfaced there, just so you know. Because he's close with Nick Sirianni. And Harry Roseman. He's also close with Shane Steichen, who replaced him in Indianapolis.
Yeah, he knows all these guys. You mentioned Cleveland. We were talking about Deshaun Watson. Well, here's another one Ocho says McDaniel didn't want any part of.
The Cleveland Browns. Jesus himself wouldn't come down and coach them or be their offensive coordinator. So you can kind of understand why he decided not to go there.
Man, I love me some Ocho Cinco this morning. He's great. Yeah, pretty good. But no longer Ocho Cinco. He is Chad Johnson. So he goes to the chargers, does McDaniel to work alongside Jim Harbaugh, uh, Seahawks Patriots in the super bowl. One more from Cooper cup. So this goes to, I heard you bring up the, um, the, the portrait of the road to the super bowl.
So I guess at the end, this could kind of play right into it.
It was cool. And that was, uh, for that story, for the story to be what it was like that had to be through the Rams, um, to be able to get to where we wanted to go. Um, and the NFC championship in that moment, um, Yeah, the scriptwriters did a great job with that one.
There you go, the scriptwriters. It's all out there for us. We didn't know who was going to be in, but they did, sure. In Denver, they're still picking up the pieces to their loss to the Patriots.

Chapter 3: How significant was the loss of Kellen Moore for McDaniel?
Here's Dre Greenlaw, mostly with the Niners, obviously, but he is talking about the season in Denver being over abruptly.
A lot of guys are hurt. A lot of guys are hurt still. I mean, it's definitely just, you know, a tough feeling.
But his message to his teammates, got to hang in there.
You know, I told the guys, you know, I've been in this position before, too, as well. You know, quarterback go down and, you know, you're in the NFC Championship and, you know, you're trying to find a way. You come up short. And I told him, I mean, that next year we went to the Super Bowl.
Well, the interesting thing is that next year, you've got to believe that the Chiefs are going to be better. They're retooling. You've got to believe that Mike McDaniel out in L.A. with the Chargers, they're going to be better offensively, I would think. They're going to get their tackles back.

Chapter 4: Why isn't Frank Reich coaching with the Eagles?
And you also know that the Raiders haven't hired their coach yet. I still think it's going to be Clint Kubiak. They're going to draft Fernando Mendoza. So, you know, it's going to be a very, very competitive division. Which it should be. Like the NFC West. Yes. And the NFC North as well. Yeah, everybody was over 500 in the NFC North. Meantime, how great are the Patriots doing?
They spent the night in Denver. They did get home yesterday. This was Marcus Jones, New England cornerback.
It's been a long day, I would say. You know, we got back and everything, but everyone was excited. And we were back to, you know, happy to come back to fans, you know. happy for us and clapping and everything like that, so that was great.
So they are on cloud nine right now as they get set to head to Santa Clara next week. NBA last night, Lakers and Bulls in Chicago. This is actually two highlights in one. If you didn't see it, it's pretty wild. It starts with a Luka three and ends with a wild Lakers dunk.
LeBron, Rui, Luka, rainbow! Finds the bottom of the net! I was hoping the guys had it. I probably didn't give them enough time.
Jackson Hayes steals the ball, goes the other way. This is after the look of three. As he jumps, he puts the ball through his legs and then dunks it all in one motion. It was really incredible. It was like he was in a dunk contest. Yes, it sure was. Luca, by the way, 46 points, 12 assists. He's pretty good, Jerry. Yeah, not bad for a fat drunk. Here's J.J. Wright. Not any longer. I feel attacked.
My man's trying to become a serious professional basketball player now.

Chapter 5: What are the implications of McDaniel's decision on the Chargers?
Here was Redick loving himself some Luca.
He's an engine that's fully on, and he likes to create out there, and that's part of what makes him a great player.
Because the 46 points is the headline, but the 12 assists are pretty damn good, too. So the Lakers do win that game. Remember we were talking about Kevin Durant getting paid a lot of money to be available? Yes. 35 minutes last night. I'm sorry, 37 minutes last night. He scored 33. The Rockets beat the Grizzlies 108-99. You've got the Knicks tonight. Play somebody. Where have we got it?
The Knicks take on the Kings tonight. The Nets are in Phoenix tonight. That's on the fan at 9 p.m. after Rutgers plays Michigan State. On the fan at 6-15. And you've got No.
2 UConn. Michigan State, what are they?
They just moved up from 10-7 yesterday afternoon. Yeah, they... Yeah, that Tom Izzo kind of knows what he's doing. Mets with a 2 p.m. press conference. They will be introducing Freddy Peralta to the media. A couple other things here. Your Rangers, I know you don't seem to care all that much, but they did win last night. They were trailing 3-2 in the third when they came storming back.
Around behind for Lafreniere. Now Panarin with it for the Rangers. Here is Borgen with a shot.
Score!
And that was Kenny Albert on MSG.

Chapter 6: How are the Denver Broncos handling their recent losses?
We want to try to support them and help them through the process and bring some solutions to the table, and that's what we're trying to do.
In terms of, I guess, making moves. Last night was a celebration of the 94 Stanley Cup team, too. Yeah, before the game. Listen, Messier's in the house. You better show up, boys. Long time ago. Yeah, but the 94 team showed up, and the Rangers won last night. Long time ago, huh? That was uncalled for. You know, you're talking about your boy, Mess. You love him.
Did you think when you walked out of that building in 1994 that I'd see like five more of these things? Yes. Not happening. The same way Joe always talks about when the Jets won. It's like the Mets. It's 1986. We thought we'd see more. Joe didn't think he'd be an old man. The Jets would be still the Jets. I still have not seen a single one. Well, I was four in 86. I have no recollection of it.
Yeah, that does it. really count. Four's too young, I would think. Vikings, no. Knicks, no. Islanders, well, yeah. He's too young for that, too. Anytime our teams are good and they actually get into the playoffs, it's always a struggle. We never have the team that just goes flying right through. Who does?
I know, I know.
Even the Dodgers had to go down to their place. Should have lost to the Blue Jays this year. That is true. No, it's not easy for anybody. And it's not supposed to be. The Islanders shut out the Flyers 4-0. J.G. Paggio, a shorthanded goal on the first, scored again in the third. Devil's home for the Jets. And I saw Scratch put this out. This could be from years ago.
I have no idea, but I thought it was fun. Scotty Scheffler was talking about not just his professional life, but... but how he loves to compete when he's home and not playing on tour. And this specifically talking about playing with friends.
I'm typically playing to a plus seven. I used to be a plus five. They moved me to a plus seven. So now we've got guys in the group that are getting like two strokes a hole. I typically still will win.
Do you think, so getting two strokes a hole, he's giving you 36 shots. That's got to be at least competitive. Yeah, it is. He also said that. So if he's plus seven and I play him and I'm an eight, You're getting 15.
