Chapter 1: What are the tipping norms when hiring a plumber or electrician?
Joe in Jersey City. What's up, Joe? How you doing? I started a small business about two years ago driving people to the airport. Okay. The guy that sits on the water with three Mercedes in it, he don't tip you. Then I had a woman with two little kids. They were sleeping. It's an early ride. I bring them in. She gives you a wonderful tip, and you don't want to take it.
And, you know, it's a crumbled up five and a crumbled up ten. Right.
Chapter 2: How do personal experiences influence tipping behaviors?
And they're the ones that tip.
Well, you know what, Joe? My guess would be because they really appreciate it more and maybe the other person kind of expects it.
I don't know. Those also could be trust fund babies that you're taking to the airport.
Very possible. Who don't understand what tipping is. Right. You never know. And like I said, expect it and expect you to serve them.
I'm loaded, okay? Yeah, just calm down. I heard he tips well, by the way.
Yes, I've seen that. And I've heard that he tips well. He does, very much so. As do you. I do. I'm not born rich. That's true. That's exactly right. And both of you also do not allow others to handle that when you're around usually, which is very nice. Well, thank you. I appreciate it. Yes. Now, when you beat us, you want your money, which is fair.
I mean, that's fine.
That's competition. That's all good. But the other things you don't allow, which is very nice. Johnny in North Caldwell. What's up, Johnny?
Jerry and Boomer. Oh, yeah. Johnny, what do you got, brother?

Chapter 3: What factors affect tipping during emergency service calls?
They don't want to damage anything. Right.
So you have the plumber, and then you have the remediation crew come in, and then you have the insurance adjuster come in. Then you have your contractor and your electrician and your plumber come back. Right. I mean, it's just a never-ending, you know, group of people that come through the house, and you've got to make sure that everything's put back the way that it was originally.
Right.
One more, and then I want to get to the next real quick. Here's Alex in New York City. What's up, Alex?
Hey, how's it going, guys? Good. How are you? Good. Hey, I'd love to talk about the trades. I think we need to support the trades and get more guys into the trades. But just wanted to give a shout out.

Chapter 4: How does weather impact plumbing services and tipping?
I'm just driving up the West Side Highway. Saw a police car with a flat tire on the side of the road. Two construction workers were out there changing the tire for him. Nice. Thought it was awesome. Working together here in Manhattan.
Which is good. And you know what, Alex? I would do the same thing. It's a collective warmth, Alex. Remember that. That's right. Yeah. I know you want to talk about the next, but look what I got. What's that? Is it the whiteout game this weekend? It's Rick Pitino bobblehead.
Yeah, but I do think he's wearing it this weekend, as a matter of fact. I love it. Look at that.
He looks sharp in that. He does look sharp. Is that the game against Villanova? I believe so, yes. And by the way, remember we were talking about the cards they were giving away at these games?
Yeah, I dealt with Rutgers for three games.
Right, so the St. John's-Villanova game was supposed to be one of those games. They canceled that giveaway.
Why? I think because of the problems. Because of the craziness of it? Yeah. I will tell you, because they're at the Garden. The one game I was there for was the St. John's-UConn game where they were giving these cards away.
Yes.
And the way they did it, I thought, was done and handled really well. It was after the game and on your way out.

Chapter 5: What are the challenges faced by plumbers during winter months?
He absolutely looks a lot younger than he is. No, that bobblehead looks even younger than what he looks. The white suit is... Badass. It looks better there than it does actually on him.
I think it's great. I love the fact that he buys into the whole thing.
I didn't say he shouldn't buy into it. I'm just saying that it's an interesting look.
Yeah, but look at that.
Let's just put it that way. Look at that. Their game against Villanova is actually tomorrow night, not tomorrow afternoon at the Garden. Yeah, and you've also got tomorrow UConn playing Seton Hall. So that's another big one. So you've got the top teams in the conference in St. John's and UConn with pretty big home games tomorrow. And I do think tomorrow night is the whiteout game for St. John's.
Rick, I wanted to ask you this because we were talking about the Knicks and Giannis and all that. Yes. The Knicks start this stretch. Not that Milwaukee is a great team. They're not by any stretch. But the games coming up after that are... But it is still a road game tonight. The idea of...
Getting out to a good start from the standpoint of all the noise that has really started to surface the last couple of weeks. Really, the last week or so, I feel like it's gotten elevated. Clearly, the guys know what's going on.
Oh, 100%. 100%, they do know what's going on, and they're all on their phones, they're all on social media, they all hear us here at the station, you know, basically lambasting this guy, that person, this coach, the decision-making, you know, why did you fire the coach, how come you fired the coach, and this is the eighth coach that you had in line to, you know, replace him.
All of that crap has been amplified now to a point where, I mean, this ā This is whether or not Cat wants to be here long term, whether or not Mike Brown's going to be here long term, and what's going to happen this offseason.

Chapter 6: How do service professionals handle customer expectations?
Because if they falter and it looks like this, there's no way that I believe that Jim Dolan, who went in to see Craig and C-Mac and basically said, I expect to hoist a championship flag, whether it be this year or next year. I guess could be interpreted any way you want to. But the fact of the matter is there is pressure. Mike Brown takes his job.
He has to know that he's got to get him to the next step. At least the next step.
This is win or go away, probably.
And again, whether it be Mikael Bridges or OG Ananobi or Jalen Brunson to his dad, Rick Brunson, who seems to be having a lot of influence over there. You just wonder where the sharks are in the water.
