João has been on a carnivore diet for over 1,000 days! He was able to improve his health, get lean and fit, and increase his mental capacity.My favorite part of the episode is right around minute 23, when he describes how this diet has helped him be more grateful, to be more patient and loving with those around him, and how it has increased his spirituality. That may sound surprising, but that has absolutely been my experience as well.João has a day job as a graphics designer, but he uses his free time to help others. He's right, he's not even selling anything! But his passion and desire to help shines through. His IG page is full of helpful information and recipes, and beautiful pictures of his meals.
