Richard is known for creating Rossiter Stretching, a two-person system designed to offer quick and effective pain relief for many different issues. He has used the system successfully on countless clients for over 30 years now. He wrote the book Step Out of Pain the Rossiter Way in 2006. In 2011, he became an inductee in the Massage Therapy Hall of Fame. He is also recipient of the Purple Heart for his service in the Vietnam War. Richard shared his wisdom with us about why his system is so effective, the importance of walking and hanging, and why pain should not be masked or ignored.
