Naturally, this overwhelming list of physical challenges began to take a psychological toll. Mitch began to battle insomnia, extreme stress, and panic attacks. Only after visiting with an integrative medicine specialist did Mitch begin to put the pieces together and discover that he was dealing with unresolved trauma that spiraled into a perpetual and vicious cycle of poor lifestyle choices and harmful habits.
