Yeah, I'd love to say it's me, but the club's done a really good job. Our academy's, you know, like a production line of really good players coming through and, you know, more often than not, we get our foreign signings right and, You know, we've packed our squad with current and former Socceroos. So, yeah, that definitely
helps. Andrew, you're a young man. You're only 33 years of age, but they've got you on those one-year contract extensions. Now, is that from your end? You want the one-year contract or is that the club just keeping you on a nice tight leash?

job security and and uh longer contracts but um you know i'm i was happy to just stay at the club and um you know play my role this season and um if i can go further i'll keep going further and um yeah obviously everyone would love longer contracts but um unfortunately that's the that's the football economy that we're in at the moment and there was a little bit of salary cap issues where, you know, the club didn't know what to spend. But, you know, hopefully that's resolved soon and players can get sort of longer deals.
Well, Brazil can produce some pretty sparkling soccer talent and you've been able to secure a midfielder during the off-season too. What can you tell us about Mateus Rossetto?
He's a Rolls Royce in midfield, honestly. I mean, I've tried to press him in training and I've made a career out of smashing midfielders, but I can't get near this guy. So he just manages to jink away every time. So he's top, top class.
