With her business, home & mental health  swept from under her, she rose again to build a whole new way of being a leader in life and business, and her book and philosophy Business is Personal were born.Lou and Penny discuss how  she overcame death by a 1000 cuts; from tragedy after tragedy, bad luck and toxic board members, to a hallucinogenic panic attack. After going deep into therapy she regained her sense of self and her place in the world.
