A multi-instrumentalist, singer songwriter from Scotland and medical Anna, did an about turn after a life-changing trip to play music in an orphanage in Iraq. She co-founded the charity Play for Progress support young unaccompanied refugees in the UK. In this moving interview Anna, describes the trauma and triumph of these young people who find a way to their new lives through the healing power of music. There was not a dry eye in the house.
