In the online space, we often talk about the good without the bad, right? When we hear about memberships, they are often praised as recurring and consistent revenue and when we think about memberships failing, it’s often because we didn’t “sell” enough. These things were NOT necessarily the case for me, and while I could have “fixed” the mistakes I made, I ultimately decided to close my 170 person membership last year.
