249: How to Host a Yearly Team Vision Meeting

Today, I’m sharing ALL about team vision meetings. I rarely hear people talking about this, but personally I've found it be incredibly impactful in my own business. So, naturally, I wanted to share it with you all! What I mean by team vision meetings is a gathering to kick off the year, close a year, start a new quarter, or even halfway through the year. It's where you lay out the exact direction we're heading in as a team!
