139: 🔛Past trauma, new relationships 🔛

Trigger warning: domestic abuse, substance abuse A lot of us carry trauma, wounds, and “baggage” related to our past. Whether it be a relationship that went wrong or another life event that left us questioning everything, how we navigate relationships can sometimes be changed forever. The good news is that with a little awareness, we CAN prevent our past from destroying good things in our future. This week I am so pleased to have Katie Davie back to talk with me about accepting our previous wounds while committing to healing them.
