Go out into the back yard and yell and scream. It's totally sucks. Let loose and Get it all out of your system. And come back in the house and put your adult pants on. We're making a bad situation a lot WORSE by using the pandemic as an excuse not to live your life, not to exercise, not to do what you need to do to get better. ----- Believe it or not, I don't personally LOVE everything about exercising. Some things are easy for me (cardio based exercise is highly enjoyable) while other aspects of fitness historically are harder for me (stretching and strength training). I appreciate ALL workouts, particularly after they are completed – some were a blast, while others I just had to muscle through. (Hehe) In 2020, I've been using a habit tracker and it's definitely enhanced my motivation to put a check-mark in the cardio, strength and stretching fields of my journal. So today we look at 3 simple ways to get motivated to work out and make exercise a habit.
