Jewellery Designer and star of TV shopping, Victoria Wieck is a household name in the US and the head of a $500m business empire. But it wasn't always that way. After immigrating as a child from South Korea, Victoria taught herself English before taking on several different jobs. By accident she fell into jewellery design, thinking it would be a stop gap before moving onto something else. But instead it was the start of a 30-year love affair with jewellery design. In 1998 she joined the Home Shopping Network in Florida, where she stayed for over 18 years. Victoria lives by the philosophy of creating to meet the needs of the customer, whilst focusing on quality, value, connection and legacy. It's a mindset that has served her well. Along with her belief that we all make our own luck and many small actions can create big impacts.
