Kent’s focus on property data and analytics started in 1999 working in lenders' mortgage insurance (GE). Whilst heading up the valuation services team he studied statistics and trained with industry experts in the USA and Canada.  We talk through median values in the Brisbane property market and how we can analyse the data to understand what we are seeing on the ground at the moment.  We also talk through the compositional bias that can be shown in data, and break it down and provide a real time analysis on specific Brisbane suburb.
