Rick Garzon. Marketing In His Youth, Returning To Inglewood To Start Residency Art Gallery

In today’s episode of BRK THT BRD podcast, hosts Jeremy McBryde and Seth Brundle interview Rick Garzon. Garzon is a marketing professional turned art gallery owner with a passion for food. We begin by discussing Garzon's background, including his time in advertising and his decision to open an art gallery in Inglewood. We switch it up a bit to prepare Garzon's "struggle meal" early,  a “This Aint No Damn Chipotle Burrito.” Jeremy surprises Rick with an elevated version of his favorite burrito, prepared by Chef Seth Brundle.  A chuck and short rib barbacoa, roasted green and red peppers, charred corn, cilantro lime rice, all in jack cheese melted burrito wrap with a chow chow pickle, black lime guacamole and honey habenero crema fresh for garnish.
