If they don't feel like they were treated right, I think they should take it extremely personally, sulk about it for a few days, and then call them back to tell them, hey, you hurt my feelings. Hello? hi is this abby yeah who's calling uh my name's hal from by customer service oh yeah hi i was trying to get a hold of you guys i'm like really wondering what's going on with this fridge right yeah i mean i don't know if you remember but we spoke a couple days ago about that yes and i asked for a supervisor and i haven't heard from that person I get that. It's just, I don't know if you realize this, but when our call was over, you never said goodbye. What does that have to do with getting a supervisor? Oh, okay. So I guess that just doesn't matter to you? No. A common courtesy? I wanted to speak to your supervisor, and I didn't get that, so I hung up.
