Jon 1: King Beyond the Wall

Brotherhood Without Manners, your favorite full spoiler reread podcast of George R.R. Martin's A Song of Ice and Fire series, is back with another chapter from Storm of Swords. This episode we read Jon 1 as he meets the man behind the myth, Mance Rayder. Jon continues to note just how free the wildlings are as they continually talk back to their "superior".  As he walks through the camp he quickly begins to realize just how normal the wildlings truly are. Jon is embarrassed in front of the King Beyond the Wall's council as he mistakes the Magnarr of Thenn as Mance himself. We get a brief insight into Mance as he reveals that Qhorin was a friend and brother. We learn the reasons for Mance's flight from the Nights Watch as he requires Jon to reveal the same.
