The thing is though, how are you gonna ask for that from other people, or give it to other people, when you don’t even give it to yourself?In this episode, I’m talking about what it really means to be in community with yourself. You’re out here showing up for everybody else, doing the most, saying yes when you don’t mean it, and ignoring what you need.
