They sure have. It's like the dam broke almost. And there's this flood of changes coming in. So we wanted to walk through those and really take a lot of time to walk through All the ways, all the nerdy ways that you can add transactions.

And one of those changes is that that lovely little add transaction button is no longer in the list of tabs at the bottom of your mobile app. And so we thought that, well, this might be a good opportunity while we're already changing up how we add transactions to talk about every single way that you can manually add a transaction in YNAB. And I'm not even sure we got them all, Ernie. I think we got them all.

Yeah, there you go. So before we get into adding transactions, though, I think we should go over the things that have changed in this new update with YNAB. We've reorganized things, particularly those tabs at the bottom, and added some new features. And we've set ourselves up for some new things to come, which I won't talk about, but I will talk about what we have done. So yeah, so I'm going to be demoing Ernie Let Me Drive today because I have the fancy Labs app, which is like super secret, sneaky features that haven't come out yet. And when we're recording this, None of this has come out yet. So that's why I got this. And I am on the iOS 26 beta on my phone here. So I got like all the new features that are coming out with the Apple new OS on Apple and also all the new features in YNAB.

we won't talk about that anyways so yeah so first let's talk about the home tab we got here okay so this is different there's a gradient i mean look it's so pretty i think it looks great i love it it looks it looks amazing so yeah so we have needed like a home base like a place to um kind of look at your overall numbers and get some content and look at things that you need to do in YNAB. And we kind of got that with the spotlight feature, which we released. I don't even know when, like it was this year. I think it was like in May or something like that. Something like that. It's like beginning of the summer or spring. We released the spotlight feature. And a lot of you guys might be like, I don't even know what you're talking about because.
Yeah. It was a little bit hidden. It was in the plan tab. There's another space. So we brought all of those features, all that stuff into this new home tab and we've added some more and we got some more plans for it in the future as well. But this is what we've got for right now. So here's the home tab.
And I love right at the top. It just tells you here the actions you need to take right now.
Yeah, if you're ever confused, you're like, what do I need to do? And why not just go to home, home, go to your own base. And you write at the top, if you need if you have transactions to approve that are waiting for review, they'll be there. Any overspent will be there. And if you have and this is new, any money that's ready to assign, you have a little alert there as well. And I think there might even be more that we might do in the future more right now. But that's what I got on my phone right now anyway. So
I really like how they're broken out. In the past, those notifications were all just kind of lumped together.
