Building The Future Show - Radio / TV / Podcast

Episode 107 with Karl Sjogren

18 Oct 2016

Description

We talk what is the Fairshare Model, a performance-based capital structure for companies that seek venture capital via a public offering. From 1996 to early 2001, I was CEO and co-founder of a company, Fairshare, that was a front-runner for the modern concept of crowdfunding. That experience, together with what I’ve learned as a consultant, provides the foundation for the book I’m working on, The Fairshare Model. Prior to moving to the San Francisco Bay area in 1983, I lived and worked in for established manufacturing companies in St. Louis, Chicago and the Detroit area, where I grew up. I have a BA degree in Business/Pre-law as well as a MBA degree in finance from Michigan State University. I am also registered as a Certified Public Accountant in Illinois. http://fairsharemodel.com https://www.inkshares.com/books/the-fairshare-model
