Building The Future Show - Radio / TV / Podcast

Episode 270 with Cameron Brown

17 Jul 2018

Description

Our world is changing faster than ever. To deal with this, companies need a workforce that is fully engaged, high performing and adaptable to change. But 69% of employees in North America are still not engaged or actively disengaged at work, and actively disengaged employees cost $450 billion to $550 billion per year alone. So I love helping companies achieve greater levels of performance in a world that is changing faster than ever. I do that through the delivery of multi-sensory keynote talks, group training and 1-on-1 coaching to develop high performance teams, improving the company culture, innovation, emotional intelligence and adaptability to change. To demonstrate the power of what I teach, I just returned from delivering the closing talk 'What Future Are We Creating?' at Italy's largest TEDx event. In the 4 months leading up to the event, I secretly worked with more than 80 strangers from 40 countries across the globe to produce an animated split screen video that played while I performed the song live on stage on a grand piano during my talk. With every relationship built through digital technology, it showed the power that technology has to magnify our impact and what can be accomplished when working together as a team. In our fast-paced world, I love helping people achieve their full potential. We each have the opportunity to leave a lasting legacy in this world and I believe in helping good companies do exactly that. https://thrivingcollective.com https://twitter.com/askcameronbrown https://www.instagram.com/askcameronbrown
