Today Kehla shares about the major influence mindset has in regards to health/fitness & achieving goals in this area of life. In this episode Kehla discusses how achieving the health & fitness you want has nothing to do with the 'perfect meal plan' or 'perfect workout' - it actually has everything to do with your beliefs around: what you think you're capable of doing or not doing, what meaning you give to food (this is good/bad/junk/healthy), how you perceive exercise (i.e.: as a punishment or to feel good, etc.) & also how you may see exercise/health as a 'black & white' - 'all or nothing' endeavour when in fact it will always be a topless mountain to climb..(So how do you handle this?!
