In this episode Kehla shares her journey of losing 14+lbs since September 2020 & how she was able to do this first by shifting her stories & beliefs around food and what she thought she was capable of doing physically to transform her body. Kehla dives into the reality of how she's done 'all the things': ate Keto, pescatarian, gluten free, etc., worked out several times a week as an athlete and just overall struggled with feeling so disappointed, defeated and uncomfortable in her body for years. She shares how she started this journey by seriously questioning her beliefs & conditioning from society of how to 'lose weight' and 'feel better' - instead of fitting into a plan, she decided to fit the plan to her.
