E #45: Brayden’s journey - the story of being transgender & living life to the fullest

12 Nov 2019

Description

In this episode Kehla captures the journey of Brayden’s transition from woman to man. In this conversation we discuss the plethora of things that have contributed to Brayden living life to the fullest. From supportive environments, hormones, stigma to mindset and personal development — all of it is on the table for you to hear and learn about. The intention of this episode is to get the message out that we as humans have the ability to become exactly who we want to be, no matter what — if you’re feeling a certain way, explore it because ultimately that’s what sets us free. Throughout the episode Brayden shares his story from childhood when he knew growing up as a girl that he felt like a boy inside. He shares vulnerably and genuinely how taking the leap of faith and exploring these emotions THEN is truly what is NOW currently allowing him to create a life he loves in a body that feels like home. In the episode we also discuss the physical process of transitioning, the effects of hormones, the impacts of surgery and how Brayden donated his eggs to help other families be able to conceive children; we also discuss Brayden’s future plans of using his story and experience to continue helping educate and empower others who are transitioning, so that they too can live their life to the fullest and be unstoppable.   Follow Brayden on Instagram Add Brayden on Facebook Brayden’s Trans-Life Facebook Group    Check out Kehla's website Follow Kehla on IG Thank you for taking a moment to listen, rate & share this podcast!
