In this episode, Kate chats with the lovely Johanna who has recovered from 19 years of bulimia and how one day she woke up and decided to go cold turkey and stop bingeing and purging!  She is a graduated teacher, Personal trainer, Hypnotherapy Practitioner and Holistic Pain Management practitioner who has managed to ease, her symptoms holistically, mostly following principles of functional and traditional medicine and mindset training.  *                                      *                                         *                                         *                                            *Kate is the author of Bulimia Sucks!
