She volunteers for a new charity called Mental Health Motorbike and is the author of her memoirs, called "Shh… a personal account of how childhood sexual abuse almost stole her sanity and how she overcame the past." Due to her past childhood sexual abuse, in her early 30’s had a breakdown, resulting in her suffering from anorexia.
