Mindfulness is not for me because... I don't know how I tried it once and it didn't "work" I'm not into that spiritual stuff I can't clear my mind, it doesn't work for me I get restless and can't sit still that long I fall asleep Mindfulness is a powerful tool in avoiding and recovering from burnout. There are 5 main obstacles that we have to overcome when practicing mindfulness. In this episode I cover the first 2, we look at the challenges and some solutions to overcome them.
