This system was shaped during her time as Head of Digital at the Discovery Group where she grew the digital team from 80-220 team members; created robust processes for cross-functional collaboration and decision making; and made crucial progress in transformation, diversity and inclusion goals when creating digital products for a significantly diverse customer base.Maria has over 20 years experience working as both a corporate and entrepreneurial strategist and has worked in a broad range of different business environments and experiences.
