By building her experience working as a professional life coach, fitness trainer, and yoga instructor and studying naturopathy, nutrition, dance, manual, beauty techniques, and many more holistic techniques, she adapted her complex knowledge to develop Beautyrobic. This unique program has empowered women to improve their health, nutrition, body shape, confidence, femininity, self-love, and overall happiness. Beautyrobic has gained national recognition in Hungary and has become a women’s lifestyle brand providing unique workouts, meditation, tutorials, online and offline courses, and workshops. Many psychologists send patients to Beautyrobic to feel better in their own skin. As a wellness coach, mentor, and economist with a degree in business management, Brigitta has been featured in over a hundred Hungarian magazine articles and TV shows. She received a Promise for the Future award from the Young Entrepreneurs Association and spoke on concepts around attractiveness at TEDx. Brigitta’s first book of the same name is already a bestseller in Hungary. She currently lives in London with her husband and daughter.
