In this episode…Every business decision you have placed in front of you has one of four files that you could put it in, or one of four categories that you can put in, and it's the 4 D’s. It's the things that we can do, the things we can delegate, the things that we delete, and the things that we delay. (1:12).Delegation means that you're actually transferring that task or that decision or something to someone else with the expectation that they're going to execute it as you would.
