We're all here. Oh, you ready to go? All right. Good evening, everyone. The September 17th, 2026 Loudoun County Planning Commission work session will now come to order. This is a continuation of the works session that was scheduled for September uh 10th, and which was continued in accordance with Planning Commission bylaw VC2 due to the inability to achieve a quorum for that evening. As is their custom, let's stand for the Pledge of Allegiance.

Pursuant to Virginia Code Section 2.2-3708.3B and the board's rules of order. Commissioner Frank requested to participate in this meeting remotely. A physical quorum of the Loudoun County Planning Commission is present in the boardroom, and the Commission has made arrangements for the voice of Commissioner Frank to be heard by all persons in the boardroom. Commissioner Frank made this request within the required timeframe, and the Office of the County Attorney determined that a request. The planning commission will record in its minutes that Commissioner Frank participated remotely due to a disability, preventing her physical appearance from her home in her ashburn, Virginia. And just check, Commissioner Frank, can you uh hear us?

we're working on it. Okay. Uh first up is the uh minutes from the uh July ninth, twenty twenty sixth work session and public hearing. Um if anybody would care to make a motion on that. So move. I met with Fox Gate mixed use um team. on September fourteenth uh And the next I met with the Dallas Technology Park applicant and his team. On fifteenth of September. Thank you.

Um I uh re I met with the representatives virtually of the county parks in Rack um uh yesterday on September seventeenth.

Uh thank you, Mr. Chair. I had a meeting today with uh Mike Romeo and the Foxgate makes use team uh regarding the application before us.
Okay. Commissioner Miller. On September third, I met with Todd um Pearson from BFSol regarding the Dulles Technology Park application. That's it.

On September 15th, I met with the applicant team for Dulles Technology Park and the Dulles North Technology Park Team. And then on September 10th, I met with the applicant team for the Foxgate application. Okay, thank you. Commissioner

Um on nine eight I met with the micrometer team for um Foxgate and then on nine nine I met with Todd Pierce Pearson regarding the Douglas Technology Park.

I can. Thank you, Chair Kerr. On uh nine fourteen I met with the applicant team for Dallas Landing and on
nine fifteen I met with the uh applicant for the Dallas Technology Park application.
All right, thank you. And for myself, on uh July thirteenth I met with um staff regarding the Western Loudoun Recreation Complex. July fourteenth I met with Tony Calabries regarding the uh Spring Valley North application. On September fourth, uh I met with the applicants for the Dulles Tech Center, the Dulles Landing South, and the Foxgate applications. And then September fifteenth I met with staff regarding the Western Loudoun Breck Center. All right, our our order of the item study is slightly different um than what was published for September tenth. We'll be hearing the uh Dulles Technology Park application first and then Dulles Landing South, then Foxgate, and then the Western Loudon Rec Center.
