I’m excited to welcome Maria Reiter onto the podcast today! Maria Reiter is a licensed therapist based in Wisconsin. She supports Gen Z and millennial women struggling with anxiety, trauma, perfectionism, and people pleasing tendencies. As a fellow anxious Gen Z anxious human, Maria can relate to many of the issues her clients are experiencing.
