Improves Skin - A rough nights sleep can show fine lines, wrinkles, paleness or swoolen skin. 6.) Better Mood - People who wake up early often have more positive thoughts that those who sleep in late. 7.) Healthier Diet - People who wake up early generally don’t skip breakfast. Skipping breakfast leads to poorer eating habits throughout the day. 8.) Time To Yourself - Waking up early allows you quality time to yourself.
