A lot of things happen tonight. Trying to land on the first topic. I guess my first topic. There's two, but I need the nation to call in to help me with one topic. So I'm gonna go on the first topic because my one topic is all speculation. But my main topic for right now is the elimination chamber. Uh we had I thought tonight was quite an upset with um a lot of ramifications. They talked and have done a great job with um Building the elimination chamber and the ramifications of the elimination chamber. And now we have four men on the four men on the men's side and four women on the women's side uh for the elimination chamber. And uh with two more spots to go. And tonight was Gunther versus Dominic Mysterio versus Javon Evans.
And Man, like a lot of speculation now where for two people where they're gonna go and what I felt was a complete upset. So uh though there was some assistance, Javon Evans, Mr. Bouncy himself, is advancing to the elimination chamber. I'm very, very happy for him. Um I think he's going to be there for the spectacularness of the things that he's probably thinking, innovating, and all sorts of stuff like that. But then it leaves for a bigger picture for Gunther and Um Dominic Mysterio. There's a lot, again, moving parts to it. But listen, it was a really, really solid match. Uh I enjoyed it. Very, very good main event, nice build. A lot of moving pieces to it with uh Dominic Mysterio appearing on many, many segments where I was like, Man, I think they're gonna go forward with Dominic.
Then I'm also saying Gunther for Gunther with the guy who's retired so many people uh you know, Bill Goldberg, John Cena, A. J. Styles, and then Javon. Javon, I just thought was another in there for have a good match. He's spectacular on Raw, does such great stuff. Didn't think it was his time. And now that he's in there, I'm super duper happy.
How did the Elimination Chamber qualifiers unfold and why is Javon Evans’ advancement significant?
And again, just thinking of the stuff that he can do because from the elimination chamber, which as discussed before is probably now the I mean last year factually. It was the third most watched pay per view uh for WWE. So because of the ramifications, because of the great job they've done making the Elimination Chamber be so special, uh the chamber is a draw. It there's so many just different things about this, right? Um, but the winner of this gets to m call their shot to be the you know, who they want to face at WrestleMania, what championship title? Javon, you know, he's he reminds me so much of it just being such a different, unique player of a of a Rob Van Dam. When Rob Van Dam was in the chamber, Rob was already ascending to these great heights.
Um And was really, really getting over. This I feel will help Javon uh continue to get over and his continue rise. Is it too early for Javon to be in this match? Absolutely not. Um because I think Javon will add a a really cool, special, insane layer to this match of something very, very high risk, though I do not want to see him get. Get hurt taking such a high risk, but this is something to really, really uh think about. And you know, jumping off the the cage, you can't really go bouncy off the cage, but you can climb it, you can do some cool stuff. Also some cool stuff off the top of those uh pods. Um But he now advances and he advances uh Randy Orton, Cody Rhodes, um Man. Oh, LA Knight and now Javon with two more entrants and we have a a qualifier coming up on SmackDown.
Uh who do you think those last two people are gonna be? We also have a qualifier next week in Atlanta in the good old ATL. Um So I just think the men's division is completely stacked, just like the women's will be. But tonight just had me kinda thinking like, All right, if Gunther is not in this, obviously it's, you know, hopefully this person is gonna wanna face Drew McIntyre. But if Gunther is not in this, where does this lead Gunther for WrestleMania?
