What's up everybody? You're listening to Busted Open here with Denise Salcedo. And we are reacting to what went down on Impact Wrestling ahead of TNA's No Surrender.

T-Day Wrestling, we got some stuff to talk about. Of course, today's show was building the go home show into No Surrender. I believe they got like eight matches for No Surrender. So it's a really stacked show. And we got quite a bit to dive into here today. So let's just get right to it. I want to kick things off with my favorite part of the show, which was actually the opening of The show. And it might have been for like the smallest little reason, but it was enough to kind of make me go, Yes, this is exactly what I want to see from TNA Wrestling. So, what I want to get started with is Moose's promo. So, Moose went out there, and of course, he's addressing all of the things, the betrayal that he has experienced at the hands of the system.
And he It was simple because I loved his attitude in this. His attitude is what really made me go, Oh, yeah, this is good. Because I feel like a lot of the times I don't always buy what people say. Whenever you have wrestlers cutting a promo, it is very, very easy to see whether or not they believe what they're saying. And I always say that this is a sixth sense that pro wrestling fans have. Is that you can always tell who's really feeling it and who's really uh just trying to get the words out and make sure that they get it done, right? Moose was not that at all. I thought Moose going out there and basically saying that the system taking him down, that he was not gonna come out here and complain about it because he wasn't a little bee.
And I really, really love the way he said, Yeah, these men are coming after me. Me, but I'm gonna come after them. And it was really, really, really uh straightforward to the point. It was honest, and I love the vibe that he brought, basically saying, Hey, I've gone through worse. I I've lived a hard life. You think these guys are gonna scare me? These guys are not gonna scare me. And I really, really liked that mean attitude that we got from Moose. It was believable. And it made me want to see Moose just mess up, manhandle all members of the system. He was interrupted by Mike Santiana, who's also beefing it with the system. And this, of course, led to the uh eight-man tag that we saw close out the show, which was the system and uh Mike Santana, Moose, and the Hardees, who, by the way, get the biggest pop each and every single week.
Because they are the hardy boys. But I really liked what we saw with the opening promo. I'm liking the story and the direction we're heading in now. I don't think I was that like interested in it last week, but I'm telling you, this moose promo kind of changed things a little bit for me. And the one question that I've got is Alicia Edwards. She seems to be a little bit of a question mark. I don't know if I should trust her because of course we all know that she's married to Eddie Edwards and I don't know if she's being I don't know if she's being sincere or not when she says she has Moose's back and they even had a little backstage interaction and even then I was thinking I get good vibes from Alicia like I feel like I can trust her but I'm not entirely sure.
I was vibe With this, by the way, right now. I was like, yeah, let's go. I actually kind of liked that. I really I realized just now how much I actually like that song. Either way, so this is currently right now my second favorite feud on TNA. Uh we'll talk about my first one later on today.
