I'm doing good.
So you're in Mexico right now. Tell us about it. I know you've been out there for several days. How's it going?
Um it's going well. Um incredible tour um with Robless promotion. Um like you said I've been here for nine days. I got one more day tomorrow and I get to get the hell out of here and go home.
You're like, it's too much, man. I've out here for a long time. How do you like wrestling in places like Mexico where the fan bases are just so uh so crazy?
I mean, Mexico is definitely fun. Um, definitely different than um wrestling anywhere else. Um they have some real passion of fans that get professional wrestling. But like I told you before we started interview, ten days anywhere is too long. So um I'm getting I'm ready to get home and I can't wait to sleep in my own bed and Um being my own home.
Oh, I bet. Moose, I'm curious because when you are in some place that like Mexico that has all this amazing food and obviously you're a wrestler, you're watching your physique. How do you make sure that you're like, all right, all right, I don't wanna overdo it, you know, I don't wanna have like twenty tacos right now, but I also kinda wanna maybe nudge a little bit. Like how do you do when you're on the road like that?
Honestly, it's been easy for me. I'm actually going through a cut right now, trying to lean out pretty well for Bow for Glory, October um eleventh in Tampa. Um, yes, I'm trying to lean out. So I've been really strict, um, following my macros and following my prep. Uh yeah, so um it's it's been and plus when you're on the road, it's hard to to eat 'cause especially with this trip off always been out of traveling. It's been a lot a lot of road trial trips.
How does Moose stay disciplined with his diet while traveling in Mexico?
Like we'll fly to a city and they have to drive four hours to a town in Mexico. So I've been doing a lot of protein bars and protein shakes. So I haven't actually enjoyed the Mexican food. And then when I'm in the hotel relaxing, it's I I can't I don't speak Spanish or Read Spanish and everything on Uber Eats is in Spanish. So um I usually try to find uh the restaurants that I'm familiar with. And the states like PF Chang's and Chili's and order something that I could get in the states, you know.
Oh my god, I'm sorry, that's hilarious. Like it's so it's so like you don't think about those things until it actually you're in the situation and you're like, Wait, this isn't Spanish, how am I gonna order from Uber Eats? Oh man, Miss, but no, seriously, that's the you you it it requires a lot of uh uh you gotta be really strict, really disciplined, and you know that. I mean, obviously you this is uh not something that not your first time ever like that. But let's go ahead and talk about TNA because right now we just got to see you versus Frankie Kazarian, and hey, congratulations, you're sticking around on TNA. Uh you did not lose out on your career. Tell us about uh uh you know, how you felt that match went and not only just that match, but you've been having a hell of a good time with Frankie Kazarian, uh, in terms of all of the matches that you guys have done um in the last uh several months.
Oh yeah, um I mean it it's crazy that it took us this long in our careers to ever do anything with each other. But um it's been fun. I mean, we had a a rose stellar match at lockdown in a cage, which is crazy. Our first ever match was in a cage, right? And um yeah, and I I I did my part and kept my career going with TNA by beating him tonight on AMC, um TNA Impact. And I mean Frankie, like I said during the show and um my backstage promo, he's one of the best guys we have on our roster.
