Brandi quit drinking alcohol in 2019 and because of the change she experienced and impact of receiving coaching, she decided to transition from a Training and Operations Executive and into Coaching for her career path. She is a Certified Life Coach, Sr Coach This Naked Mind, Mind-Body Coach, and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (in-training 2022-2025). Her coaching focuses on the whole person and how alcohol is often a temporary solution to things like dissatisfaction in other areas of life, lost sense of self, unresolved trauma, or nervous system dysregulation. Her coaching focuses on resources that each person already has within them and draws from that internal wisdom. Brandi lives in Long Beach, CA, with her husband Geoff of 20+ years and enjoys outdoor activities, hot yoga, sushi dates, time with family and friends, dancing, getting to know people, and travel when possible!
