Israel quickly denied the charge, accusing the IPC of “biased and self-interested sources originating from Hamas.”It’s hard to identify the truth about the humanitarian situation in Gaza, but one thing is clear: the U.N. has worked to weaponize the famine narrative as part of its campaign against Israel and against the Israel/US-backed Gaza Humanitarian Foundation, which supplanted much of the U.N.’s role in Gaza.To discuss this disturbing part of the equation, we are joined by Rich Goldberg. Rich is a senior advisor at the Foundation for Defense of Democracies. He served in both Trump administrations, including on the White House National Security Council staff. He also spent a decade on Capitol Hill, as an aide to a U.S. House Member and U.S. Senator, where Rich worked on congressional oversight of U.N.
