Unleashing Your Inner Leadership

For well over 20 years now, I have been professionally studying the massive leadership landscape. Like the Grand Canyon, the topic of leadership continues to expand to deeper levels as every year passes. The concept of leadership still carries the attractiveness to young and aspiring men and women and regardless of its highs and lows, something about it still sounds sexy to us. Aside from the concepts of titles, positions, and authority, leadership is rich in developing our inner being when we fully submit to it. One of the hardest tests anyone looking to, desiring, or called to lead will face, is inner development. I found it exhilarating, vast, and enjoyable when I started studying leadership. The thrill of learning how to lead others, build teams, develop speeches, tell stories and guide organizations came with a fresh twist and turn.
