19 Jul 2020
Today, we are joined by Evey Sjardin - Professional Pole Dancer. Evey explains how she manages a chronic inflammatory disease knowns as AS through training, nutrition and mindset. There is so much within this that any of us can introduce in managing our own bodies regardless of being diagnosed with a chronic disease. Alongside this we address some of the misconceptions about Pole Dancing, explore the origins of it, understand the skill set involved and the competitive scene. Within this section, we have a conversation on how even when at your best externally and competitively there is often other things behind the scenes going on! Overall, I loved this conversation and cannot wait to hear what you all take from this!
