Episode 53 - Penteli Cave

This week, we’re exploring the fascinating history of a little-known gem in the Greek countryside, Penteli Cave. Fifth Century Athenian marble quarry, 11th Century Byzantine church, the hideout of countless bandits, home to nomadic monks and wandering philosophers. Sightings of shadow people, vanishing humanoid goat figures, bipedal felines, electromagnetic and gravitational anomalies, floating black spheres, and reappearing dolls. There appears to be no end to the anomalous activity in this incredible place. So, will two amateur Forteans disseminate the truth behind one of the world’s longest standing mysteries?
