Len Senater is the founder/owner of The Depanneur. He originally studied photography in turning to digital design where he had a 15 year career. When done with that, he pivoted towards his lifelong love of food and created The Depanneur in Toronto. This year, in 2024, Len published the Depanneur Cookbook. It’s described as: Toronto Eats meets Humans of New York, with recipes!
