Dr. Rao is lead physician at WellMed at South Stuart in the Treasure Coast region of Florida. He is the author of “The Midlife Health Guide for Women.” Dr. Rao understands the importance of time for his patients, and his staff work to make visits timely and effective. Patients that prepare before a visit can save themselves time and stress, but knowing what to do after the visit and before the next visit is also important to one's health.
