Not everything is tornado damage. Understanding straight-line winds [Ep. 461]

10 Aug 2023

Description

Monday's severe weather event caused storm damage in hundreds of places, but why was most of the damage not from tornadoes? WCNC Charlotte Chief Meteorologist Brad Panovich explains the difference between tornadoes and straight-line winds.
