#13 - An Eye-opening Experience with Indigenous Medicine Ayahuasca, Recommendations and Critique, with Alexandra Schwarz-Schilling
19 Apr 2022
An appreciative yet critical view on Ayahuasca. We both agree that we should drink the medicine time and again but approach it with respect, as well as take time to integrate. Ultimately it’s about not giving you responsibility away and to not make a cult out of plant medicine. The Huni Kuin: Living with some of the few remaining indigenous tribes in the Amazon feels like a memory of our collective past, how we can live in harmony with nature. There will always be children around. This is because in a village there is no separation like in modern culture. Being there feels like a deep remembering, a deep healing.
